We’ve only been with XMission for a few months, but they have absolutely blown us away! The speeds are simply AMAZING—like lightning! And let’s talk about their support—it’s off the charts! I only had to call in once in the middle of the night, and the kind gentleman who answered was incredibly patient and sweet. We've been with XMission for a little over 4 years now and we love the service. Being fiber it's super fast as you would expect, and it's almost always faster than the plan I'm paying for. With every other provider the speed is always "up to XX MB" in ideal conditions in the middle of the night when no one else is online. Not with XMission. The service is always fast. The few times I've needed to call in they are always extremely helpful. They even helped me to troubleshoot my router and identify that I had a problem and my router needed to be replaced. Thank you XMission! Keep up the great work.

I have been a LONG time comcast, Xfinity customer and converted to XMission about 1 year ago. The experience has been wonderful, and I would recommend it whole heartedly.

I got tired of the constant rate increases with Xfinity/comcast and the terrible download/upload speeds and the calls I would have to make yearly threatening to leave in order to keep my same rate.

If you’re worried about running the fiber line, I was. However the experience was organized simple and straightforward. If you’re worried about choosing a router/wifi, I was. Again, it was much easier (YouTube router reviews) than I expected.

I have not had a single service interruption since I converted to the service and get incredible speed and bandwidth.

Go with XMission/utopia!

Typically good support. Recently I wasn't able to get online chat to work to report an issue, but calling usually works. I later received an email with my online chat transcript which was great so I could see they received the chat and responded even though I couldn't see them on the chat. So much better product and service than Xfinity, and for me it is for the same price either way.

Giving a 3 because service at our last address was great. They were supposed to communicate if I was getting new service at my new house and nothing, nothing and then magically I have service but no communication. I was already under contract with a new company because no one could tell me if I had service coming. Customer service was kinda rude about it.

My husband and I haven’t been able to make it one night watching a streaming service without loading of any kind. We used to pay for xfinity for basically less internet and we never had this issue. Now when we are paying for 1Gb up and down we get maybe 10% of what we pay for…

We have been with Xmission and Utopia Fiber for 3 years now and have had very good service. Unlike our previous provider, we have had no outages of service and the speed has been outstanding for all our internet and streaming needs!

XMission is a great help, I had an issue arise around the transition time from my current provider to them and as soon as I brought the issue to their attention they were working around the clock to fix it. I am quite impressed with their handling of the issue and prompt resolution (coming from someone with IT and Software Engineering background).
They are very personable and caring for their customers, which was nice to see that they treat all their customers this way. When I went in person to pick up a device for the resolution, they kept me well informed of the progress for the device (as I had moved up the timeline I needed it by, again very thankful for their support).
I was able to get a tour of the data center and office, which was a nice touch, and good feeling to know that moving forward once the transfer is complete our internet and phone lines are in good hands.
