VE Host is a great company with reasonable prices and good customer support.

I've been with them for years and never experienced any issues until this week, starting from October 14, 2024, when I needed their assistance with other matters, as they host the emails and websites for our two organizations.

I opened a ticket as usual, but the first representative seemed lost and had no clue what was going on. It felt like he didn’t even read my messages.
I then opened another ticket, and the second representative solved my issue in less than 20 minutes, which made me happy.

However, the following day, when I asked for some information to help me work on my cPanel, he refused.

The friendly service that had kept me with them all these years seems to be gone. I understand things change, and maybe it's time for me to look for services elsewhere.
