I've used WebWiz for probably 8 years now, in fact I've followed the earlier work Bruce did on classic ASP tutorials and development. I've used numerous ISPs and I've found no-one who is more helpful period. Can't recall have any of my websites down, plus when I have had an issue or something I've wanted to change I've always had immediate responses. I wouldn't use anyone else OR recommend anyone else.

Moved from TSOhost over to Webwiz, true Windows hosting with classic ASP running like a dream. The speed increase in the sites moved is unreal.
