I visited this bike store and repair shop this week because my bike needed a new chain and tune up. When I entered the store I was greeted and helped right away, and offered a new chain, plus a tune up. The person who greeted me let me know that the repair would take one hour. I returned an hour later and the bike was ready to go with a brand new chain and brakes and other parts were checked. My spouse had his bike tuned up at Trip Cycle several months ago and he was also happy with the service he received. Prices are reasonable and service is quick and friendly. I'd go back again for service or products.

こちらで通勤用にロードバイク買った。
店長は寡黙な人という印象だが、しっかりとこちらの意図を組んでサービスしてくれてとても助かった。
ロードバイク初心者の為、入るのには抵抗があったが、入ってみたらすごい親切。
定期メンテナンスも無料で行っているようでアフターも良好。

This is a Trek store with lots of options for bikes, they even had one to fit me (6’2”). One stop shop for everything you need and includes monthly tune ups! Prices are fair, lots of things on sale, and the staff is very helpful. Just make sure you bring your translator app.

Always have been a big fan of Trek. Friendly staff. The service is great. I had to special order a 60cm frame and got the bike within three months during this pandemic. Quick and professional install and maintenance tuneup.
