EDIT: their response is typical. They told me they would have me on their pest control list weekly. So that means I don’t have to go in weekly to tell them to be on the list. The vandalism happened in resident parking where residents park as well as retail. And since when is it the tenant’s responsibility to clean up mold? So stop making comments because I will back them up against you.
I will start out by saying Bonnie at the leasing office is awesome. However, this is the worst apartment I’ve lived in as management does not care. I have had pest problems and pest control hasn’t shown up in several months. Multiple appliances break. Then vandalism on my car and several other cars. Did they do anything to help? No. Security at the Domain did. Also, the main door doesn’t lock so anyone can come in. Then I found mold in my apartment and they expect me to clean that. Absolutely RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. It’s unsafe and unsanitary. And don’t believe me? Look at the photos. Also worth mentioning I messaged the owner about my car nearly a week ago and no response.

We love it here at the Standard Domain. The apartment is very big with high ceilings and central air. The apartment was repainted and cleaned before moving in. The management team is amazing!! Bonnie & Jennifer is always super helpful and positive. We love stopping by to say hello and for the free coffee and snacks at the leasing office after working out at the gym. The gym is very clean and has everything you need to get in great shape.

We noticed some of the 1-star reviews others have left and I must say I completely disagree with them - they’re clearly just angry bitter people that aren’t being objective. The Standard Domain is excellent and I am so happy to call it my home. It has everything you could ask for. Grills, pool, doggy park, and more. You can’t beat the location! Everything you need is just a few minutes away.

My wife and I have really enjoyed living at the Standard. It’s in a prime location for us and easy in and out. Having the dog park is super convenient and it’s always kept up. We loved chilling at the pool all summer. The crew in the office is always available and helpful. Anything we need is always taken care of immediately-Highly recommend.

Management is horrible. Zero customer service. Horrible experience renewing our lease here. Management is impossible to deal with. They lost our lease. Tried to charge us for rent that was listed as "free" as part of a re-signing 1 month free rent special and then added a late fee. Sent a Notice to Vacate. Acknowledged they were responsible for the lost lease but instead of correcting all the mistakes tried to get us to sign a non disclosure first. Rent where they value you as a customer. Not here.

Recently moved into the standard at Domain Northside, and I must say, it has been a wonderful experience from start to present. The leasing office has gone above and beyond to ensure the process of applying, as well as the move in, were as smooth/stress free as possible.

But it doesn’t end there; Bonnie, Jennifer, and Matthew are always willing to provide help with any questions. They definitely make it feel like home, and speak to you in a genuinely kind manner.

The standard has everything one could need: coffee, gym, pools, great location, friendly leasing staff, mailroom, and maintenance crew that are also very friendly.

This is definitely a place I am happy to refer to as home, and look forward to at the end of a long day.
