I've been to numerous Home Depot store locations over the past several months. I have found the Greensburg location definitely has great customer service. A few evenings ago I stopped to purchase a Ring doorbell. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable Jason was regarding this product. He spent a lot of time offering the pros and cons of the different models and other products that Ring offered. I found his advice to be extremely helpful. He was pleasant, friendly, patient and highly customer service oriented! Thank you again Jason!

Home Depot has now costed me $1000s due to their incompetence and inaccuracy. I set up an account for my business and it turned out to be nothing but a headache. 25 days later still no 2nd card, still have to jump through hoops to make purchases. Came to pick up an online order today after receiving an alert saying it was ready. It was not ready it wasn’t there and it wasn’t going to be there. They completely fumbled the order and cost me $2000 for the day. Since we are just starting out these very avoidable issues can be detrimental to our small business.

I just want to say how great Seth and Jesse were. They went above and beyond and got a skid of Halloween down for us because I really wanted the one guy. They were willing to get even more down for us too. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you both!!

I had outdoor carpet installed over a month ago and still waiting for it to be taken care of. The installer got glue all over my railing, the block, siding, post and j-channel. I have tried to give them a chance to take care of it but I have no resolution. I want my money back and for the Home Depot and not the installer to remove the glue. Do not use them for carpet installation. Their installers have no respect for other’s property.

Almost all the workers are good people but there are some who are very racist towards one of the Latinos. Every time I arrive I have problems with a lady. I am not going to steal or ask for free, I am going to buy as the owner of my own company. They should respect it no matter if you are Latino.

I ordered two products from Home Depot online with delivery to my home. One of the products was $2,000.00. When my delivery arrived that $2,000.00 product was not in the box. Home Depot did nothing to help me and stole my money. I had to file a dispute with Home Depot credit and hope I get my money back. They would not even give me my 10% off coupon back to re order the item that they did not deliver. This product was a tool to use for self employment and I can’t afford to have a company take my money and not deliver the item I have them money for. Then do nothing to help.. I can’t believe this is what the world comes to now. I will never go through Home Depot anymore I encourage others to find a small supplier for all their purchases. Home Depot does not care about their customers.

Me and my 10yo son were at the store today and he wanted a kids wooden toy kit. After walking around for 20 minutes trying to find one we asked the gentleman in the electrical department (I wish I got his name) but he went way out of his way to get my son a kit. This is why I spend 10s of thousands of dollars a year at Home Depot and will continue doing so. Thank You it made his day as he loves building thing's. Have never had a bad interaction with any employee here they are always helpful

I have the opportunity to work with Doreen every morning when I come into the store. She has gone above and beyond over the last two month trying to get flooring delivered to the store for me that wasn't totally smashed in upon arrival. I know she has 100 other things to do throughout her day but she is always very helpful and does whatever she came to help me get through my work day. All of the customer service representative do a fantastic job at this store but I work with Doreen frequently and never have any issues with how she completes her job. Give this woman a RAISE!!! Thank you for all of your help!
