Part of the reason why I chose to move here was because of the great things I hear about the maintenance team. None of the other apartments near campus don't have that reputation. Shoutout Troy, we love Troy! He fixes anything and everything and is so fun to talk to!

I give this apartment complex 5 Stars because of the people there, but mainly one person named Mimi Soto. Her customer service skills are second to none. I had to sub-lease my son’s apartment and Mimi went the extra mile for me to make it happen. She really should be the Manager there in my opinion. Btw, great apartment complex!

Saga (formerly known as Younion) is one of the nicest student apartments in Tallahassee. Closely located to the north side of the campus, makes it perfect for students in business and sciences. Every building is within 5-15 minutes walk. It’s right next to the tunnel which makes it easier to cross Tennessee street. I’ve never felt myself unsafe in the area. Great stuff and amazing maintenance team. Property is always clean and well kept. It’s pricey comparing to other complexes, but you get a building with no mold issues, clean and safe territory, gym, study rooms, and convenient location. For anyone signing, I would recommend getting a parking spot since they might run out of space later on. I’m in 2x2 with a pool view and it’s pretty awesome.

we were promised over a phone call with Chase Fuller that we would maintain our old rent at 910 base instead was tricked and given a lease with 1049 a 139$ raise in rent per month which is a 2000$ dollar increase. Emailed saga about it after this review editing it to add responses because the leasing manager didn’t read any of my emails and didn’t understand what happened he thought they sent a lease I didn’t sign in time (did not happen was not what the email was about so I don’t know why he said that and said there was no mistake) so he either didn’t read any of my emails or was trying to push off the problem they created without actually fixing it. He tried to say he couldn’t fix it and that no one got it changed but that also isn’t true (bc they never took note and did some shady business tactics by not leaving a paper trail and insisted on phone calls when talking about resigning and changing tent, but other tenants who asked for a reduced rate over email if they stayed (like they promised me over phone) were able to keep there current rate and I have seen proof of them being told what I was told just over email) so the man was an idiot or just being sneaky for his own company gain. I told him if he couldn’t fix it bc he wasn’t high up enough don’t sweat it. Was very impolite and unprofessional after a few emails while I tried to maintain polite response and when he didn’t understand any emails he threw what felt like a tantrum over email (go off king). This was just my personal experience I think saga itself is fine as-long as you never need them to fix any problems for you or goodness forbid get the amenities that have been down for months (fire pit and grill) to work after they parade them on instagram for potential tenants even though numerous current tenants have asked it to be fixed.

We were shown the property by Payton - she was very polite and knowledgeable and honest about everything. The apartments are much larger than expected, the pool is beautiful and the location to campus with gated parking is fabulous! Payton was able to answer our follow up questions over the phone a few days later as well! Amazing staff- Thank you, Payton!

My son has lived there for almost a year! He's very happy and I've had very positive experiences with the office staff over the phone. Everyone is always very helpful being that I live 7 hours away.

Great maintenance staff. Wondering why I pay so much in rent to not have access to a working grill and fire place for months? Our Ac was off for a few days but they couldnt fix it during the weekend bc they have no one which sucked but might be common, just a super hot summer with a 78-80 degree apartment wasnt fun.
