I had a problem with email redirection that took me by surprise when the service I had used in the past removed the relevant MX records. Pilchard diagnosed what was going on where I had got stuck and helped me sort things out. They were both helpful and persisted until things were resolved. Excellent support.

I'm rubbish with tech and I managed to find Pilchard for my delicatessen business, based on low price and customer service and that they are UK based! Using it for domain name and email, I haven't explored the Web page yet. Can't fault the customer service, a couple of times I've needed help they are right on it once on a whattsapp chat and another they called me, no chasing around. Thanks for the help Pilchard team!

The price of all the products that Pilchard provide are very reasonable. The staff are incredibly fabulous. I appreciate all the support and help received from them. They always reply my request quickly and solve my issue efficiently. It's quite rare to receive this kind of service nowadays. I will definately keep using Pilchard.

Poor website and client user interface not the best hosting packages but cheap ish domain registration. Use them but wouldn't recommend them to clients. Old registrar sadly no longer operating looking to transfer out asap. Just my opinion, not my cuppa ‍♂️

What a great team they have. I moved my daughters DNS to them a year ago (11/2019) to see what they were like and they were great then, we've just moved my daughters WordPress website to them (11/2020) and they have been fantastic. They moved the site content and plugins for us, configured it, and it all works great with very little effort from us. Although my daughters site isn't complex or big the support and advice we have had has been outstanding and I would very much recommend them for others to try. As a bonus, they are also a little cheaper than most simlilar offerings for the same level of offering.
