I'd have been slightly better off if the presentations were accessible for referencing beyond the event as it felt a lot to take in, both from a technical position and by volume of key takeaways.

My experience with OVH has been nothing short of a struggle. Their service is severely lacking. Initially, they blocked one of my orders to verify company documents, which I understand is standard procedure. However, despite sending the required documents five days ago, I've faced endless delays and empty promises from OVH. Despite numerous calls and chats, they assured me that my order would be validated promptly. Yet, here I am, still waiting, only to be greeted this morning by yet another request for the same documents from some random person in France – documents I've already submitted more than five times.

Apparently, the validation process is handled by teams in France, which supposedly explains the prolonged delay. But why should I bear the brunt of this inefficiency while my landing page has been rendered unusable for nearly a week now? OVH's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

I have been with OVH for over 10 years never had a major issue with my dedicated servers. they clearly state they only provide support for the hardware software is clearly marked that you have to sort it. just to give you an idea... i turn off my server to purge another from my clusters, they was emailing me telling me they will send a tech to check my server as they didnt recieve a ping in the last minute. i actually did hang but the tech rebooted it again and it worked fine. my oldest server with them is over 6 years old which i am just getting rid off. i have on 2 occassions contacted support via telephone... word to the wise there is several offices across the world if you get no response from say UK call Canada or Australia normally your catch one open. also with reguards to refunds they dont give them if you have used their service and they state that in terms of service clearly. if you order a domain through a hosting provider no offence but more fall you. buy direct from places like godaddy and others.

They answer on the first ring nearly every time I've called, this is obviously only when they are open between Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, they are always pleasant and quick to any resolve issues.

Don't expect them to help you with problems relating to managing your server setup because that's down to you! You should really hire a professional if you are having problems managing your setup.

Company have stolen my money - paid for 2x domains on separate orders. Only 1 was registered. Raised a ticket through online system and also contacted customer support via email, no response after 1 week. Now back end is offline - displays 503 error - so cannot even access the domain that was registered. Raising dispute with PayPal and regulator. Strongly recommend against using.

Do not trust OVH's 14 day refund policy. In reality OVH have nebulous terms and conditions and will refuse to refund you, even if you have paid upfront for 12 months, if you have in any way "used the service". What this really means is that you cannot install or test your site or do anything whatsoever with the server without losing your eligibility for a refund. In our case nobody but our lead developer ever accessed the server and, after just one day (so well within the 14 day cancellation period) OVH flatly refused to refund us. Avoid OVH at all costs, unless you enjoy throwing your money away.
