Can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, you're well cared for, the feeling of a doctor visit doesn't exist. Very friendly and helpful and always willing to make sure that they offer you the solutions you're looking for.

They even let me park my bike inside since there was not a bike rack close by!!

I first became a patient at One Medical about ~8 years ago in San Francisco and had a great clinical experience. The doctors were knowledgeable, the admin side was efficient yet thoughtful, and overall, I was very pleased with both the quality of care as well as the tech side of things. A few years ago, I moved to Austin and started using the Domain One Medical location and my experience there has been lackluster. They have very high turnover and it's hard to see the same provider twice - they're usually gone in a few months time. Additionally, the providers they do have have very basic knowledge. I've received better responses to my questions from Google or ChatGPT. Every time I come recently it feels like just a waste of time. I cannot recommend this location or One Medical anymore.

First of all cancel your PCP and get with OneMedical! I don’t say this lightly. This location in the Domain has the most calming vibes, incredibly clean and efficient service. Patient centered, focused and intentional care. You don’t feel rushed or uncared for. The environment is vibrant; not sterile. Everyone I encountered was not just kind but excited and happy. The energy feels like a doctor’s office you actually want to go to. Gone are the days of feeling like a number in an office that you pay your hard earned money to be disrespected and ignored in. Every item in the client focused areas feels thoughtfully put together and curated for a chic, high end and nurturing experience. The providers and staff are lovely( Drea the incredible front desk staff took me for a tour of the clinic when I arrived!!!) My testing was done in under 3 min. ( I wish I got her name but I was so busy contemplating the severity of the test I forgot to ask) The tech/ Nurse was wonderful. 1 of the 3 minutes was spent ensuring that I was comfortable while detailing the process of the test. This experience introduced me to a completely different style of care than I’ve been used to and I’m not going back to the old way 🙂

DO NOT USE THE IN PERSON CLINIC THEY ARE IGNORING THE NSA BY REFUSING TO TELL YOU COSTS OR PRICES UPFRONT. THIS IS A SCAM AGENCY. They ride with the idea that people will think it’s covered under the one medical subscription, however it’s not. They will charge to the card on file. I asked prior to the appointment for a price and I was told “we can discuss that after you’re seen”. That directly violates the federal No Surprises Act which protects patients from surprise medical bills. I suggest reporting them to the BBB if you’ve experienced this as I see a couple reviews stating the same thing. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Shelly Sue G is the staff member who refused to tell me any cost of anything. I was basically told that it can be anywhere between $100 to well over $300 or even more. And was told she can’t tell me my copay or if I have a copay until after the appointment. That is directly violating the NSA. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are running a scam.

There is high turnover of doctors at this location. You'll see a doctor for one appointment, but by the time of your 2nd appointment that doctor has moved on and you have to pick a different doctor.

Besides that, the facility is nice, the location is nice. It just would be useful to build up a relationship with one doctor, rather than meeting a whole new doctor each time.

I switched to One Medical to follow Dr. Elledge and I’m very pleased! Everyone here is very kind and helpful. They have a lab onsite. I’m able to get an appointment quickly when needed and can schedule online. Parking is easy with the purple garage right across the street. Dr Elledge continues to be an excellent doctor who listens and tries to get to the root cause.

Nice place and people, but total false advertisement in my opinion. I thought the Amazon One Medical subscription would greatly reduce the cost of care, which is how it is advertised. I asked about the cost of cash pay before the appointment and got no answer, then asked the receptionist who said not to worry we were members, so any invoices we incurred from the visit would be mailed later. My son had a basic 15min strep throat appointment and the "discounted" cash rate we received was nearly $400 which came in the mail a week later. Had they billed insurance it said the total was over $500. Total scam from Amazon and we cancelled immediately, but had already paid several months worth for the whole family before using it for the first time.

I've been contemplating writing this for a couple months now, but everytime I look back at my experience I have extreme disappointment. I have been coming to onemedical for years and never had any issues. During my last visit, I met with a NP and not once have I ever had a medical professional look down on me and judge me. I am married in my 30s and have great parental benefits. If I decide not to have birth control then so be it. She lectured me, did this odd fake laugh and treated me like an idiot. To top it off, I had blood drawn and the lady bruised me so bad. FYI, I have never bruised drawing blood before. This was a lot but truly how I feel. Take the other negative reviews into consideration. I won't mention the NPs name on here, but if you book an appointment you'll see their names. They lost me as a patient.
