Did an online order for kcups. Was emailed it was ready but noticed when I went in the store it was not on the order pickup shelf. I approached the employee behind the register on her cellphone for help and she asked me if I checked the print center. I said yes as I did not see it on the print rack and she stood there looking at me. I said it’s not there; she says you didn’t even move your head.

What kind of bizarre universe do these employees work at? Why are you getting a paycheck? Just sit home.

I went into the store at Mircile Mile to purchase garage sale signs. I asked the worker who had a tag that said sales manager where they were. He took me right to them and helped me find the sign. He then scanned it and told me the price was 11.49. When I got to the register, he went to ring them up, and it came up as 11.49 twice. I asked him, and he talked to someone over in the print shop and came back over and told me because it was a package of 2 and that whoever put them out didn't separate them. Sorry, I walked out. I expect a sales manager to know prices and be able to scan something and give me the correct price. I will never go back.

HORRIBLE printing service. All the employees had an attitude. I work for a company and they are the only place that has day of prints.
I had one experience where they helped me print all my things bc there computer put black ink on my prints.
But today was AWFUL, I asked for a little help blowing up an image so it would print right. No help what so ever. Put me in such a fowl mood. If you’re goin for prints. Stay the HELL away from here. Nobody seems to be trained on prints either.

I had to place a print order at the end of the day on Friday for my business after it was unfulfilled by a different company. I called in a panic for someone to help me and this store came through with 140 pages of documents and really helped me out when i needed it. Thank you so much for your hard work and for helping me and my business!

Two customers, one elderly, had to stand in line while two employees price-checked a laptop to determine if its sale price+employee discount was worth it. It was only 10% so she agter discussion, she decided to put it up and wait. While we waited....oh, she was working at the time.

I walked in to send out a Fed Ex package. The Manager of the store was walking around on a personal phone call. She did acknowledge me after 5 minutes. Then continued with her personal phone call.

She directed me to a self serve computer and then proceeded to tell me there was a FED EX location just down the road.

I asked, well can I ship this here? She replied yes. Then walked away while I continued for another 20 minutes trying to navigate a self serving computer app.

I ended up leaving after wasting money of copies of a shipping label that printed out blank. She watched me walk out the door without a word.

No one offered to help and my copies got all messed up and now I still need them and I have to go get a refund. I tried to tell them I needed help etc. I got none and the ink ran out so about 40 bucks worth of copies did not come out. I noticed when I got home.
