Roger and Todd are great at this location. I only bought a pillow ( purple harmony) but I have searched a lot of stores in search of the right one. No hassle, relaxed shopping experience was what actually made me want to buy from here. I could take my time to see what I really liked. Knowledgeable guys who answered any questions I had.

I had gone to a couple others mattress places and the second I would walk in they would bombard you with questions and sales tatics and want you to spend thousands of dollars for “the best nights sleep”. Mattress firm was our last stop before we were going to decided to just try online somewhere. Thankfully we did stop. When we walked in Todd greeted us and didn’t have the tacky sales questions and want us to try five millions beds. He told us about what types of mattress they had and said look around if we have questions let him know. We were mostly interested in the sale ones and he then proceeded to tell us how we could try out the ones in the boxes and the ones on the wall that weren’t on the sales floor. We found one on the wall and he took it down for us to try. Before leaving we said how we’d likely buy online and he said we wouldn’t suggest that, to give the store a call and order it that way. I went on my way and tonight I just call to order and it was a smooth easy process. Once again talk to Todd and he ordered our mattress and it will be delivered in 3 days! Front start to finish this process was so smooth and easy! Highly highly recommend!!!

The mattress that I was looking f was not in the store like the website said. Todd was very helpful and professional. I did purchase the mattress without trying. I hope I like it. Todd assured me if I didn't I would not be charged the return fee.

Stopped in just to "look at" adjustable bed frames. Roger was so informative & helpful that we bought one. He gave us a great price, telling us we wouldn't find that model cheaper. I checked 6 other vendors & he was correct! Easy going, very fun & no "hard sell". So happy to have dealt with him. Go see him!

I had no idea of what I wanted in a mattress when I walked into the Greensburg store. Todd greeted me at the door, asked me some questions then took me all around the store explaining each mattress and how they would benefit my needs. He was so patient with me, did not push me, let me go back and forth until I decided on the one I wanted. Even though it was over what I was expecting to pay, he worked with me so it would fit in my budget. Boy I am so glad he did. I love my Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillows. Also they stand behind the price matching policy. I called on Black Friday and received a credit. I will recommend Mattress Firm to family and friends. Thank you again Todd for all your help
