My 8yo grandson had wished for this experience! The staff made sure he was properly outfitted and buckled in. I was glad there were just 3 drivers at a time. Two in his group were a little older with many other visits/experience. This matters because the boys got competitive and the results are detailed in a printout for all three races.
When three crashes occurred against the side rails, the staff were quick to help and reinforce the instructions.
I was a little confused by what the gift card passes we purchased as a holiday special did or did not include. Maybe a receipt at the time of purchase—especially of a « special rate » would be helpful.

Very fun experience for this boy and will definitely go back.

We experienced the speedway for the first time in Bend Oregon. Cameron went out of his way to make our experience a five star experience and his customer service was above and beyond. Justine was also so helpful and friendly. Great time had by kids and adults.

What a fun place! We were greeted upon arrival, and all of are questions were answered no problem. All the staff at this location were nice, respectful and knowledgeable.

Would be a 5 all day based on the fun and experience, might want to have a big sign warning about phones and keys in pockets though. One of my group had a key come out on the track from her brand new car and the commentary was "oh ya, we see phones and keys destroyed every day"...... wouldn't you want to mention that before hand if it is such a common occurrence? Still will return, if you haven't been in a cart before how would you know it could be an issue? No other complaints at all, everything else was wonderful!

So much fun!!! My only complaint is this: Since you are racing against you own time and are not suppose to physically bump other racers, (especially when you are running the cars at speed 2 not enough power to accelerate through a pass and the turns are pretty narrow for 2 cars), you should start the pole position first place racer that had the fastest time from the previous races and then the other slower racers in order to the slowest time after. It will give those more likely to be faster more space.

I'll be back. Kind of addictive.
