We are very happy with our JetRails experience. Our Magento 2 server optimization is excellent, support is responsive, and our liasons are excellent. Samantha does an excellent job of checking in and making sure we have everything we need and our questions are all answered and dealt with. If there was a criticism, it would be that sometimes responses to support ticket questions come back in technical jargon that non-technical people, like ourselves, have trouble understanding, often necessitating a request to "explain that to me again, but dumb it down." Otherwise, great experience.

We moved our M2 Site to Jetrails after hosting with another company for over a decade. We left our previous hoster after we were forced off our own private server and onto a “group” Amazon server. After the forced move, we were plagued with issues that no one could figure out. I researched our move to a new hosting company very thoroughly, and I actually put a test site on 3 of the most “popular” hosting sites to take them for a test drive. All of them seemed to be a poor fit – slow server speed, poor server configuration, terrible support. I was spending too much time dealing with servers and hosting issues to even run my business. After reading a great review about JetRails, I gave them a call. They explained their “white glove” service and took a close look at our needs and came up with the best configuration for us. JetRails takes care of all the server config and troubleshoots any problems that arise related to the server. Normally, I don’t like a complete “hands off” solution – usually because it seems most companies take forever to resolve problems and it is faster to fix them yourself, but after a month on JetRails, I was sold. Their support is top notch and most importantly, they actually KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They always respond to inquiries within minutes and the responses are always knowledgeable and helpful. While their hosting fees might be a little higher than their competitors, the time you save not having to manage server problems makes it a bargain. Even my new developer, who was initially skeptical and was trying to talk me into using a cheaper company where we have more control over the backend of the server, is now a convert. We can focus on our Magento website and business, and not worry about the hosting server. Business grew almost 30% the first year after our move to their servers. As long as I have a Magento store, JetRails will host it.

I wish all hosting providers can provide the same high level of service like eBoundHost. Support is handled responsively, professionally and seems to be staffed with knowledgeable techs. No need to go through an annoying answering even during overnight hours. The proactive check-ins and recommendations are very welcome. The company have deep ties to a lot of Magento & industry partners which are a big plus. We couldn't be more satisfied.
