For the readers, give them the benefit of the doubt, so far so good. I'm happy for the deal, I just read the terms and conditions, nothing outside the norm as far I'm concern. I have used hosting services before it was easy for me to set up all I need, for other services I do not know, I have not contacted them that often and yes they do answer. I've never called them no need for that but if I do I will make sure to use the term "lovely" a lot. So if something happens I will definitely update my reviews, so far so good.
