I had a fantastic time at footloose and I will give it's credit to staff working there. They are so polite and always nearby for your help whether it's suggestion for food or for serving faster. Food is also nice and cheap on pocket. Surprisingly they don't charge any service tax inspite of giving such good service and that makes them stand out of crowd. I will suggest to try "Fish and Disco chilly sauce" for non-vegetarians and for vegetarian people, crispy corn basket is awesome.

For owner: keep up with great service like this with such amazing pricing and taste. I just couldn't find the dance floor😛 maybe because of IPL final. Will surely visit next time when I'm in pune. All the best 👍

This pub in Viman Nagar is my favourite hangout so far!! Footloose plays amazing retro tracks, and serves the most delicious food! Their cocktails too are out of this world 😀. To top it off... They are pet friendly as well!! Definitely a must-visit place for all

"Traditional Fish N Chips" was less than average. The battered fish was chewy rather than crispy. The fries were not that great either. Ordered "Nachos With Mexican Salsa". It tasted good initially, gradually becoming worse. Still much better than the "Traditional Fish N Chips".
They have lost their quality than the time when there was "Where Else Cafe & Bar". Hope they improve their quality, else it will be a place where people go only to drink alcholic beverages.

A nice place to hangout with friends. Cozy, comfortable and the food is delicious. The dance floor is an icing on the cake. Great place to go on weekdays too. The price is reasonable too.

With spacious outdoor seating and a pulsating dance floor indoors, Footloose – The Gastro Pub aims to keep the spirit and inherent essence of the word alive. A place that welcomes you with open arms and a warm smile, a place that lets you hang out with your friends, laughing and generally having a good time. A place that lets you be – you.

Quirky posters at the entrance, clever one-liners hung all over the walls and amazing retro pop music from the ‘90s that make us reminisce about our childhood; the ambiance of Footloose was on point.

Bartender’s Special
The Spicy Capsicum Martini was potent AF and gave a nice kick going down the gullet. Served in an actual green capsicum upped the presentation bit as well. #HighlyPotent

All Day Breakfast
The Footloose Special King's Breakfast [Rs. 315/345] was certainly a king’s breakfast. Served with chicken sausage and chicken salami with a side of baked beans and hash brown, the omelet was extremely soft and fluffy and. Eggs are also available in scrambled or sunny side up variants and the chicken sausage and salami can be replaced by pork sausage and bacon for the ones who prefer their meat red.

Veg. Appetizers
The Chef's Special Loaded Nachos [Rs. 245] felt a little too tangy for my palate, thanks to the presence of both sour cream and jalapenos. But the softness of the beans and guacamole was a perfect foil to the crunchy nachos.

The Cilantro Croutons [Rs. 190] is Footloose ‘s take on the traditional kothimbir wadi. While the KW is crisp, the cilantro croutons were soft and mushy and melts in your mouth. Served with spicy chutney for ones who prefer a spice hit to their bites.

The Crispy Spinach Mushrooms was my personal pick from the veg. appetizers. A perfect combination of the crunchy spinach leaves and earthiness of the mushrooms, this dish ticked all the right boxes for me. #YumYum

Non-Veg. Appetizers
The Three Herb Chicken Satay [Rs. 315] is one of the bestsellers on the Footloose menu and rightly so. While the chicken itself was tender and succulent, the spicy peanut sauce that accompanied it turned out to be a real winner. Such wonderful flavors in the peanut sauce with just the right amount of spiciness, everyone ended up licking the shot glass clean. A classic case of the bridesmaid stealing the bride’s thunder. 😊 #YumYum #HighlyRecommended

After the high of the chicken satay with the peanut sauce, the Fusion Rozali Kebab felt like we had hit a plateau. Taking nothing away from the dish though, it had tender chicken chunks marinated in a cream sauce and garnished with shredded cheese. For those who find the cream sauce and cheese combination too bland, the mint chutney was a welcome addition to the flavor profile.

Oriental and Thai
If the hashtag #foodporn took on a physical appearance, I believe it would take the avatar of Footloose ‘s Burmese Khao Suey [Rs. 365/400]. A rich and creamy broth full of bright and colorful veggies, an abundance of burnt garlic noodles and tiny bowls of a myriad of toppings to enhance the flavors, there was no stopping this dish from giving you a #foodgasm. It was a wonderful combination of tastes, textures and fragrances. #YumYum #HighlyRecommended

Worldly Pleasures / Steaks
Unfortunately, the Chicken Steak [Rs. 385] was a big letdown. The chicken had a sourish taste, the mushroom sauce on top was over salted and the rice felt too gluggy for my preference. Feedback shared with Alaistair and the chef, turned out to be a simple human error, which is understandable in the pressures of a commercial kitchen.

Footloose - The Gastro Pub seems to want to break out from the stereotype of being branded as just a pub which offers amazing drinks with some average grub. With an efficient service, innovative cocktails and food, especially mains, that would make even a teetotaler consider the place for a culinary experience; I believe Footloose is on the right track to stamp their presence on the Pune Food [and Drink] scene!
