They have gotten better so updating my review

Low budget and kinda crappy. I mean most hosts are pretty crappy so nothing new here. Site loads super slow. Adding a cc is really painful with autofill not supported and if you forget to update and expired card watch out blocked... even after 5 years of service . Would I recommend? no. would I recommend anyone else... no dammed if you do and dammed if your don't.

I would just like to add that navigating and doing things on the site required 5mins of loading per click.

Good hosting company. Very helpful, great tech support. The only downside I have found is that they don't have telephone support, as far as I'm aware. The ticket based support is excellent though. They've installed entire, complex systems for me and offer a wide number of services Used them for years, always been extremely happy with them.

I had been using my previous web hosting company for about the last 20 years, when i received 30 days notice of what was going to mean a massive price increase. Finding a new hosting company was a daunting task, but so far i have to say moving to hosting.co.uk has been the best thing ever!! Hosting.co.uk have done everything that was advertised, at rapid speed and everything so far has worked first time without any problems or the need to contact them for any extra support. I highly recommend hosting.co.uk and hopefully I will be using them for many years to come.

Shocking. This company was fine a year ago, but since then has degraded to a point where our websites are down more than they are up. Their tech support seem to think it's ok to leave 30hrs before they reply, and even then don't give any apologies or explanations. We are now looking for a new supplier.

I literally dont know where to start this is the most repugnant and useless hosting provider that ever existed in hosting business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you are thinking in buy their services please i am begging you to look elsewhere save yourself from the worst nightmare of your life . This server is down everyday. The support you get is always from the same guy called Alex which is useless of no help. seriously ask someone who lives on the street a beggar a trump they will probably host your web contents better than this terrible company.
