Have been with Hosting UK for more years than I care to remember. Their service has always been and continues to be excellent. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for new hosting. I find their prices perfectly reasonable and although I've no doubt that you can find cheaper elsewhere as they say 'you get what you pay for'.

I've recently had to migrate onto WIX for more of an e-com oriented website, but have deliberately kept my email hosting with HostingUK purely on the basis of their customer service - nothing beats being able to pick up the phone and talk to another human.

I can only thank the Hosting UK staff for the support received, by mistake their address remained as the Admin contact in the control panel of our domain, but our domain had not been managed on their platform for years. Without their selfless help, we would never have resolved the issue that required an email confirmation on their address. I had the pleasure of being supported by Clement, an exquisite person who patiently and competently solved my problem.

I’ve used Hosting U.K. for as long as I remember as the wholesale provider for my small IT support business. Over time they have got better and better. There’s always a real person on the end of the line and they are always helpful in resolving my requests and occasional issues. They are good value for money and I have found that once you purchase a service over which they have control the price does not increase over time which enables me to keep my costs down.

Very friendly staff but email servers are used by spammers so often on black lists which means many mail servers block your sent emails. If you don't want your sent mail going to the recipient's spam folder do not use Hosting UK for sending mail. This has been an ongoing issue (years) and I kept on accepting the promises that it would be fixed but but it keeps happening. In September 2023 I realised all my mail was blocked by gmail because Hosting UK SMTP servers had been once again blocked because of rogue customers misusing their servers. I left them after many years and happy I did.
