They have been my ISP for many many years, since 1999.. I was one of the first customers. My site is over 8,000 static pages and 7,200 WordPress dynamic pages. They have always been responsive and kept the site up. I do wish I could talk to the support desk instead of email but as long as they answer quickly, I guess it is OK.

I recently moved from Shared Server to a Dedicated Server since I want to make sure the almost 200 GB of images are backed up and available to the family. The transition went without any major upsets. They do a great job!

I had some major challenges and had to escalate for weeks with little success. The customer service has degraded over the years. I was even told that Management will not call back to hear the feedback or work to resolve issues even for customers that have been with them for ~15 years. Support basically told me it is what it is, and they are not changing. They are continuing to provide service but the business is seemingly stagnant and not growing. It feels like a business that is being run on people's spare time. I'm not sure what is going on here or how long a business run like this can last.

This is by far the very WORST hosting provider ive ever used. Without explanation they suspended my companies websites. And the reason is the best part get this: one of my websites was being targeted in a DDOS attack I found out the source of who was behind the attack and I alerted host rocket I thought I was doing a good thing and helping them out well they found any old reason to band me and delete my accounts and stop hosting my site. I would never go to this company again and I would never tell anybody ever to use them he was host Gator. Com

This company is extremely frustrating to work with. Technical support is frequently rude and unhelpful. The site will randomly be down or emails will stop coming in with no warning. Occasionally they make security updates without any notifications and randomly block emails the server used to accept. They are consistently frustrating to work with.

I've had a great experience with Host Rocket. We host a very large eCommerce site (Magento) with them and have had a great experience. Their staff has been very helpful and even gave us support to move the site over, which was a huge load off our minds. Plus, the site runs very fast now. These guys put other hosts to shame. A+
