Incredible patience. He will walk you through the process of your project as slowly or quickly as you’d like. He’ll give you his professional opinion but easily listens to yours. With him it’s a team effort every time. His prices are very fair. Truly small jobs are just as important to him as the big ones. Carter puts you at ease! I’m lucky to have noticed his big logo on the side of his truck! As a first time owner of a new business Carter is my lifesaver!

Carter and his son are true professionals in every sense of the word. Not only did they perform quality work (ripping down old trim, installing new sheetrock + molding, painting), but they are also patient and communicative. When we had to deviate from our initial plan due to some unforeseen wall issues, they were patient in working out different possible solutions and helped me to think it through from all angles. Pricing details had to change because of the newly increased scope of the job, and Carter was very clear with me about revised invoices and making sure we didn't blow our budget. I also really appreciated how clear his communication was regarding which days and times he would be on site (they always show up when they say they are going to!) as well regularly checking in with me at different stages to make sure that I was pleased with the work as it progressed. It is clear that meeting and even surpassing the customers expectation is very important to them. We will definitely call Carter again for future work in our home!

The owner, Carter is very thorough and knowledgable about many aspects of home repair. He helped me out with plumbing issues and explained exactly what he was doing in the process. He also called my attention to areas that needed DIY repair immediately and am very grateful to him for this. I do hope his repair of my broken bathroom faucet handle will last a while since I do not want to replace entire unit. You will be fortunate if he is available to help you with any projects you have!

Knowledgeable, professional, keeps his commitments (that's a big deal), and fairly priced. What more could you want? Our project - a partial kitchen reno in a 50 year old house - included plumbing and electrical, and threw us a few curve balls in the process, but Carter smoothed everything out expertly. We already know we'll call him back for a handful of other jobs.
