I have been scammed by this company. I paid 371 euro to build a landing page from "students" on wordpress. I am more then happy to share all details of my experience with you. the company is w academy. I have paid in october and at today still nothing done. The worst hosting services I have ever been working with. If you have any issue, there is hardly any chance you will get help quickly from the technical support, your business can be burning, and no one will care, waith 8 hours or more. Also website is designed to get your money all the time. You want to cancel your hosting? There is no such option on the website. Write us or you gonna pay. You want to transfer domain to other provider? No problem write to us, and guess what? PAY. Do you want at least to redirect your domain to other name server? Unknown issue, cause you're not paying us for the hosting anymore :))))

Worst of the worst. Don't EVER buy a website from this scam company. After 4 months of "hard work", they give you a barely edited 20$ template based on the WordPress (Elementor). Shame on your 5th grade devs, getspace.

Dno i tona mułu.
Po przenoszeniu serwera, nie działała poczta. Po informacji o braku możliwości zalogowania, zresetowano hasło i przesłano nam adres "nowej poczty". Niestety, nie sprawdzono czy wszystko działa, więc mogłem wysyłać maile, ale otrzymywałem tylko niektóre.
Po zgłoszeniu, masa tłumaczeń że wcześniej nie zgłaszaliśmy ( zgłoszenie przez formularz i telefonicznie) i nie sprawdziliśmy.
Poczta jest firmowa, więc sprawa idzie do sądu, a pocztę przenoszę natychmiast do innego usługodawcy. Nie polecam, kompletnie niekompetentni ludzie, brak mozliwości szybkiego i skutecznego kontaktu, brak postawy proklienckiej, brak odpowiedzialności za błędy.
Dodatkowo zauważyłem, że z poczty zniknęła mi część maili wysyłanych do klientów.

Worst website design company I have ever been working with, they have provided very poor service regarding our website design, false information about fees and cost of service, and communication is ridiculously poor. Moreover project manager Maria should take training that would ease her understanding of what she should do and what her responsibilities and tasks are, because she is lack of professionalism, at this very stage she should go to work with a local grocery store and sell bread and milk
Huge scammers and at the end tried to rip us off, disgusting behaviour.

Deja, bet teko pasinaudoti šios įmonės paslaugomis. Paslaugumas baigėsi sulig tuo mometu, kai buvo apmokėta sąskaita už tariamai " nemokamą" internetinio puslapio sukūrimą. Nemokamas reiškia, jog internetinę svetainę tau sukuria, bet ją privalai metus laiko talpinti jų serveryje už atitinkamą mokestį. Derinant paslaugų užsakymą buvo gražiai pripaždėta, kad po metų, jeigu nepatiks jų paslaugos, jie viską sutvarkys ir grąžins tave į pradinę padėtį, naudojimosi metu padės išspręsti visas problemas. Ir ką jūs manote? Jau pačioje pradžioje perkeliant domeną ir elektroninį paštą buvau palikta su neveikiančiu darbo elektroniniu paštu. Į laiškus ir skambučius darbuotoja, kuri taip maloniai siūlė paslaugas, susisiekti nepavyko. Teko operatyviai ieškotis kitų specialistų, kad išspręstų šitų "profesionalų" paliktas problemas. Jau tada reikėjo suprasti, kad nieko gero nelauk iš šios įmonės. Pasibaigė metai. Kreipiausi į įmonę su prašymu grąžinti mane į pirminę padėtį, nes jų teikta paslauga manęs netenkino ir ką Jūs manote, koks buvo atsakymas. Visi Jūsų duomenys bus ištrinti. Kaip juos persikelti - Jūsų problema. Mes Jums nežadėjome, kad grąžinsime į pirminę padėtį, ieškokitės, kas perkels Jūsų domeną ir viską sutvarkys. Įspėjimas visiems - bėkit nuo šitos įmonės ir jos "specialistų" kuo toliau. Gražiai kalba ir viską pažada padaryti iki tol, kol gauna sąskaitos apmokėjimą, o toliau visos problemos yra jau tik Jūsų pačių reikalas.
