Stayed here recently with my husband and had the best experience checking in that we’ve had in a while. Jocelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered every question we had with a smile on her face. She was very knowledgeable about the hotel itself and gave us wonderful recommendations on fun things to do in the area. She even made sure to say hello every time we passed her in the lobby. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty. But the hospitality and service we received while there made our stay a 10/10!

The Element is always an exceptional place to stay! They go above and beyond with amenities you don’t typically find elsewhere. Free beer during happy hour is such a nice touch, and having access to specialized coffees all day is a game-changer. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, The Element makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

We arrived 2 hours before check-in from Dallas, and Alex made sure to get us in our rooms ASAP. They had nightly tea and cheese with bread, which was awesome. The rooms were immaculate and quiet. Breakfast had some good options, but the coffee maker was the star of the show. I'm definitely coming back for our conference next year.

I enjoyed my stay here, the hotel and rooms are modest but everything is new, clean, modern, functional and convenient. There is a micro kitchen in the room too, rooms are spacious. The breakfast could be better though, the hot breakfast was usually dry or weird (mushy vegetables).

Stayed here during Christmas week. At first arrival there was a bit of a hiccup with my room, but the staff were wonderful on getting my issue corrected within 10min of mentioning it. First off- Whoever selected this team of workers did an amazing job.

The manager Alex- AMAZING! Went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage upon arrival and for my departure. He was always smiling and kind. Was even wearing an adorable Christmas sweater on Christmas Day.

Jocelyn at the front Desk- Amazing kind girl. Loved her energy and was very friendly to my little one. Great at her job and very friendly.

Mariella (I hope I spelled that right) the Bartender- Very kind girl, loved her smile. She was very nice and made my drinks the BOMB! Loved the jalapeno Margarita and Cosmos she made me. Good energy and caring. She even opened the bar 30min early for me and rushed making my drinks for the night which was going above and beyond. Keep her around!

Aly the Bartender- They were a breath of fresh air. Loved their energy and made small talk with ease. They made my Christmas Eve night. I was feeling a bit low and they gave me the boost I needed. Def a kind and caring soul. Please keep them around!

Christopher- Very professional. Knows his stuff. I can see why he's in charge at the front desk. He was very helpful in getting my last two nights refunded on Christmas day. Loved his smile, he should do that more often.

Every encounter I had with the staff was pleasant, everyone seemed to go above and beyond. Def will recommend this hotel and will come back in the future if needed!

I travel for work and/or leisure at least 2-3 times a month, so I have had my share of hotel experiences. I just had to leave a review for this hotel because I had one of the best hotel experiences I have had post pandemic, whether the hotel was supposed to be a higher tier or not. From the moment I walked in the door, I greeted warmly by the manager, Chris, I had a smooth and efficient check in. Also, every single staff member I interacted with was so courteous and helpful! Additionally, the amount of amenities and special touches are amazing especially for business travelers with the managers reception, bar, nightly tea service, and complimentary breakfast. Lastly, I loved the location and it's very close to all the restaurants and attractions in The Domain. I was highly impressed with this property and have found my go-to Austin hotel.

Worst customer service I ever had.
I had 25 days stay, and I told the the front desk that I will check out for one day, and come back, I ask them whether I need to take out out all my luggages and what I have to do, they told me I don’t have to do anything, and they will keep the room for me, with no charge for that day!
I still got the bill for the vacant day when I check out, I told them they made a mistake. And they told me they will do further investigation for that case, after I left the hotel, within a few minutes, I got the same invoice, I still have to pay for the vacant day!
I definitely would never recommend my company and tourists picking this hotel!

The hotel was nice but the staff charged me full price for my stay when i had already paid through priceline. The lady on the first night claimed they charged me due to the third party not releasing the funds prior to checkin. Never heard of that but didn’t question it further until I realized 5 days later it’s still showing as an active charge on my card I used at check in. At that point I was double charged. Called back and the receptionist sounded inexperienced and was running through totals that were irrelevant to my case at this point. He then redirected me to Priceline and they called the hotel and returned just to tell me that i wasn’t supposed to be charged and I would be refunded. When I called the hotel back to confirm what Priceline told me, the receptionist told me to call back 3 hours later. Really? I guess that’s when his shift ends and someone else can deal with my issue.
