I've used Easyspace for hosting and domains for many years now, and the best thing about them is their telephone support. Yes - you get to speak to an actual person for support and sales as they have an office in Glasgow. Inevitably when our client websites are being managed things go wrong sometimes, and the important thing is that they get fixed pronto. They're not cheap, but then you get what you pay for.

Have used Easyspace for a few years to register a domain and host a website. Prices have shot up, despite industry infrastructure prices coming down. I've never had an issue with the service, but they wanted £60 annual renewal to host a simple, static website of 30MB. And if you want DNSSEC, they want to charge another fee on top. Decided to transfer the hosting and domain registration out to AWS for a fraction of the cost (less than a tenth of the cost of Easyspace). Process to do that worked ok, but was shocked to discover they wanted another £18 to transfer out the domain. That's what prompted me to write this review. Feels very anti-competitive.

Worked with Easyspace as a customer for more than 15 years.
Their prices are always the most expensive and gradually shift all services to another provider.
Last week 31oct2021 cancelled my last service, a dedicated server with a bill dated 06nov2021.
Easyspace charged my credit cards 130GBP for the service due on 06nov2021 and they do not want to do a refund.
Service billed monthly and not required anymore.
They claim that you need to cancel 1 month before and they don't have a refund policy, how to cancel a service 1 month before if it is a monthly service.
The support and sales team are rude and non ethical and with no customer support education.
I do not recommend any person to deal with Easyspace as they have no respect for customers and their policies and terms are hidden and not clear and you'll end up losing money.

Having asked for extra storage over a year ago have been charged twice for the same package, asked for a refund got the so called Head of complaints refusing to refund and threatening to close my account down ! Only been a customer for 12 years would have given Easyspace Zero to 5 if I could !

As always. Great service. You can find. Harper - but there is a reason for that! Anything else is false economy.

This company push the rules and have taken £100's from my account because it was set up as auto renew 2 years ago. Only made contact once money was out of my account. Even tho this was only 12 hours after the renewal had taken place.
Not a fair process and I felt violated with this .Customer service team were slippery and would not even give out a postal address. Dont use them they do not look after you as a customer very poor indeed.

I have used Easyspace for many years and I have always found their service excellent. The technical support is also of a very high quality, and in fact recently, they continued trying to help me despite it turning out that the issue was at my end and not theirs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have been a customer of Easyspace continuously since 2005 and have found their service to be excellent. A recent question I asked of their support team (to make a change to email for one of my domains) was handled in a very efficient and friendly way. Highly recommended.
