As a young couple, finding a place with great amenities was key, and Domain at Founders Parc has truly delivered. After living here for two years, we can’t get enough of everything it offers. The on-site amenities are amazing—whether it’s the resort-style pool, the well-equipped fitness center, or the beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, there’s always something to enjoy. Plus, Beth, Crystal, and Ivette are always there to ensure everything runs smoothly and that we have everything we need. If you’re looking for a place that offers both fantastic amenities and great service, we highly recommend Domain at Founders Parc. It’s been an awesome experience for us!

I have lived here for over 6 months. I purposefully waited to give a review because I wanted time to experience the property, office & maintenance staff, and neighborhood. I gave the Domain 5 stars, not because they are perfect, but my experience has been as follows, the residents are respectful of one another and friendly. The office staff (Beth, Yvette, and Krystal) have all been responsive, courteous, and helpful. What I appreciate about them is that if they are busy and unable to help me when I come and see them, they take down my request and follow up. I will also say they REALLY do care about the residents and will do all they can to ensure our needs are met. The maintenance staff are just as wonderful. I don’t have a lot of issues, but when I’ve called them, they have addressed my needs the same day. I will also say the property is well-kept, thanks to both our maintenance and cleaning staff. It's a GREAT place to live. I definitely know I made the right choice.

We’ve been residing at Domain at Founders Parc for the past 3.5 years, and our experience has been exceptional. Our apartment is perfect for a couple; as a new build, it has been virtually problem-free. On the rare occasions when issues did arise, the management team promptly addressed and resolved them.

Recently, we’ve faced some family challenges, and the management has provided incredible moral support. I even missed a rent payment, but they kindly reminded me and, after I explained my situation, waived the late fee. This level of understanding and compassion is rare and deeply appreciated.

The amenities here are top-notch. The pool, gym, office center, and overall ambiance are perfect. Additionally, they host parties and activities for residents, fostering a strong sense of community.

I highly recommend choosing Domain at Founders Parc as your home.

I live on the 4th floor & I have 3bdr 2 bath. The views are amazing. It’s very nice & beautiful. Only issues I’ve had so far are my downstairs neighbors. They complain all the time & I have let the office reps know about the situation. They were very helpful, Janie, the property manager was very professional & was able to resolve the issues without me having to get legal matters involved. Megan was also very helpful & pleasant as well. I just moved to Texas & have been living here a month now. I love it.

To potential new residents looking to move into this property, be cautious when reading some of the "5 star reviews". I've noticed that these reviews are either from people who simply toured the property or from what looks to be staff members themselves. My girlfriend and I lived at the Domain for a little bit over a year and needless to say we were happy to be leaving. There is no need to re-state some of the aforementioned issues in the reviews. However, they are all true. Our biggest issues with the property were communication, cleanliness, and noisy neighbors. Communication was already bad prior to when this property was bought out by American Landmark Apartments but after, it was terrible. We would send maintenance requests and would almost never get a response until we went to the office and spoke to someone. However, good luck trying to find anyone in the office as there is hardly anybody present to help when needed. Our second issue was cleanliness of the property. There was always random trash around the complex and it seemed as if no one was doing anything about it. If you happened to miss the trash pickup and want to throw away your own trash. The trash compactor and recycle bin area were so messy that you couldn't even make it to the compactor itself sometimes. In addition, hallways were almost always dirty and when the office was notified, no one would address the issue until you went to physically talk to someone. Loud neighbors blasting music was always an issue for us. Walls are very thin and even when you try to talk to your neighbors and kindly ask them to turn the music down, they don't listen. When the matter was brought up to the front office, no response was given to us. Overall, we saw a sharp decline in the quality of the apartment complex when the transition was made to American Landmark Apartments. When we were contacted about potentially negotiating a new lease. We were shocked to find out a 2 bedroom was almost $2,400/mo. Almost a $500 increase in price compared to when we first moved in. We wish the best to management and hope they can turn things around.

We will say. One of the few great qualities of the property was its gym. It's probably one of the best apartment gyms you'll see in a complex.
