Even cancelled order immediately for website design, Blue Host is not refunding my payment Rs. 7500/-- (basic amount). Now they are cheating & saying website designing is an ad on services and not refunding my amount.

We have sadly been clients of BlueHost since the past 3 years and have paid a very heavy price for it. They had some server issue and conveniently deleted our website including all our data. Customer support only attends calls but doesn't support or help. IT team is even worse. If you care for your website, avoid them at all costs

Bluehost is responsible for destroying the SEO ranking of there own customer's website by inserting malwares. On complaint, they will give only one suggestion to buy there high cost malware protection service. They shift all blame on customer but if you change the hosting, you will notice that all your problems will automatically get resolved. There support team is trained or forced to use cheap tricks to sell there malware protection service and never admit there mistake, create an atmosphere of confusion. If you get your website dis-infected, after few days, you will face the same malware problem. The possible reason will be that you have not yet buy there malware protection service. For sake of there product, they had killed the hard earned businesses of there own customers, acted as our enemy. Infected websites quickly loose there SEO ranking means huge loss of online business. All this is our personal experience, shared to protect other's from this business trap. We are not the first to share this. Many customers faced similar problem thus shared this in there reviews.

My experience with blue host was deeply disappointing. I chose their service expecting secure and accessible data storage, but my website data was unexpectedly deleted two months after my subscription expired. Throughout my interactions with the company, there was a complete lack of transparency regarding their data retention policy. I was never informed about the risk of data loss, neither during the initial purchase nor in subsequent communications.

Upon discovering the loss of my data, I requested a refund, which was promptly denied with a generic reference to "company policy." The renewal emails I received also lacked any mention of potential data loss. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

If you are considering a hosting provider, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Blue host's unreliable service and dismissive attitude towards customer concerns make them an unsuitable choice for anyone who values their data and peace of mind.

They erase the entire data in the server and blame it on the customer for their malpractice."Please note that on checking the server it looks like something wrong happened with the server. We couldn't see /etc files and folder. We could suspect that someone on your end removed the data mistakenly or unknowingly. There is no way that we can restore the server."
I got this message after 48 hours and more than 20 calls with their representatives.I am writing this review so that nobody else has to go through such a harrowing experience....
