Appalling company to deal with. Took money from us without invoicing or notice and refused to refund. when asked to produce invoices they ignore you. Go with a trusted provider for your website hosting who you can contact easily if your business depends on it. Would never use again.

The money back grantee is a lie!
There is no money back. If you request a refund they will reply with "What is the problem?" In my case, since their Plesk panel has a lot of limitations, I requested a refund and they simply reject it. When I wrote a review here about my experiences a person who called "Jenny D" replied as such:

"Since there is no systematic problem on our system/server, we cannot issue you a full refund. The calculation of the refund will be then given by my Manager. However, since you have posted the bad review on TrustPilot, we will not process this case until:

1. The bad reviews are removed completely from any review sites that you posted to.
2. You will need to provide us your ID (passport or driving license) so that we can further identify you
3. You will then need to write to us a formal letter with signature, saying that you will not post any bad reviews about us at anytime in the future"

This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever had in my whole career working with more than 10 service providers!

There is no online chat. The tickets might take half a day to respond. The answers are short and mostly there was no investigation before replying. You have to reply again and again and wait in long queues. The staff are not knowledgeable. They behave so unprofessionally. They block your money and for each simple service, they want to charge you. For example for SSL, etc.

I lost my money here. There are a lot of other providers out there that give you much better service with more features without those limitations and without asking you to buy additional services.

Do not trap yourself here!

Ineffective Support: Solely relying on an online help desk made addressing critical issues, like server-related downtime and SSL configuration problems, frustrating and time-consuming.

Performance Concerns: Frequent downtime and inconsistent performance negatively impacted the reliability of my website.

Value for Money: While the service started cheap, the overall lack of support and service reliability made it poor value for money.

Refund Policy: Upon canceling my account due to ongoing issues, ASPHostPortal refused to offer a refund for the unused portion of the subscription, reflecting a lack of customer-oriented policies.

In summary, my time with ASPHostPortal was characterized by unreliable service and inadequate support. I recommend considering alternative hosting providers with a more customer-centric approach.
