I have ordered a couple of batches of Halloween items. Party City offers a lot of discounts and if you’re careful, you can find some really good buys.
Recently, I have gotten a medium size Halloween blowup for our yard. The second order I made included some additional Halloween decor for outside like tombstone, spiderwebs, and spiders along with candy and glowing bracelets and glow sticks. Everything but the glow sticks arrived so I am working on trying to , work with Party City to either get them for me or take them off my bill as they did not come in my order. It was shipped other than that. You really can make Party City one stop shop for anything party no matter what kind or what holiday. That’s really what I enjoy about it.

Manager “Liza” is has horrible customer service and in my opinion should not be in management. I asked and employee for help searching for something a costume. She said she was too busy. I asked if she could point me in direction of item. I couldn’t find the correct size and later asked if we could see if they had the item in a different location. She said we don’t do that, they would be able to tell if another location had costume. She ended up being the manager “Liza” bought a couple items and said I’m going to have my child try on and bring back what didn’t work out. I also said I’m going to check other locations. I can back the next morning to return items, because I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at another location. I went the next morning to return other items. An employee said they could only do a store credit. I asked for the manager. She replied over the walkie, it was on speaker. “ I’m too busy,I don’t have time for this” while naming all the things she had to do. I explained to the employee that I had just come in the morning prior and could I really wanted to speak with manager. I ask if there was anyone else to speak with or contact number. I looked around and waited a while. I then see manager “Liza” come up and say “you did right to employee”. She did not on time speak with or try to see me. I should not have purchased anything after my first experience, but as a parent I wanted to please my child.The employee’s were very nice, but manager is horrible. Liza should not be in management. I am also going to contact corporate. I would not shop at this location.

Wow, I almost wasted my time writing a thorough review about my horrible experience at this store tonight but then read some of the negative reviews about the same issue I had tonight. No need to beat a dead horse. So glad to hear this store is closing. Next time please find employees that actually want to work and this business venture will be more successful.

Rude employees, our cashier was on the phone with the manager trying to figure out their hours as we’re trying to pay. Meanwhile the girl working balloons just walked away. Came back hours later and was told by the only person working the counter that there was a 40 minute wait for ONE balloon as they have to fulfill online orders first, even tho the store was closing in an hour. If management can’t figure out hours and apparently encourages employees to be on the phone instead of helping costumers then they’re not doing their job. It’s always something at this location, no wonder they’re closing

Just don’t bother. Stop your gps right now and go to a different location. Staff are rude, cannot be bothered to help in any manner. Do not fulfill online orders properly and give you loads of attitude. Pass. Round rock location is amazing!

Inventory can be hit or miss - but that's anywhere. Kathy the store manager is absolutley the kindest soul you will encounter. She recognizes when someone is wandering around lost and goes up to them. She is an older lady that just exudes friendliness. Thanks Kathy for your help recently!

I ordered 12 latex balloons with helium in school colors that I bought at Party City and later brought in 12 more balloons that I bought with a college logo. And they added them to my order no problem. I paid for them to be blown up. Picked them up a few weeks later at 2pm in the afternoon for an evening party and they lasted all through the night and are still going strong 48 hours later!! If you want great service, and quality balloons, this is the place. They put them in a large plastic bag so it’s easier to get in the car.

This location will not cancel online orders that haven’t been picked up. Instead they take the order and mark it as picked up so they can keep your money. Beware.
