I had a very disappointing experience with Engage. Initially, I was optimistic about their services, but my experience during and after deciding to part ways with them has been nothing short of frustrating. When I decided to discontinue their services, I was met with resistance and unreasonable demands.

Despite being told that the service was month-to-month, they later attempted to enforce a 30-day cancellation policy that was never disclosed to me upfront. Additionally, they withheld the transfer of my domain—something that has always been mine—demanding payment for a “past due invoice” that was never clearly communicated or agreed upon. Their attempt to strong-arm me into paying them just to get access to my domain was unacceptable.

Instead of handling the matter professionally, they continued to delay the process and offered no resolution unless I agreed to their unfair demands. This left me no choice but to let the domain expire and move on with a different company. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and customer care during this process has left a very bad impression.

If you’re looking for a service provider who values honesty and customer satisfaction, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Engage has proven to be more interested in nickel-and-diming their customers than building long-term, trust-based relationships. I cannot recommend them.
