I wrote a 5 star review in 2017, because they used to be brilliant.
Not any more!
They will sell you help you don't need, fail to deliver on the things they say and the customer service to back it up is horrible.
Fairs fair though, they get an extra star for being good years ago!

Go anywhere else! go. These guys threatened to take my website down completely when it got hacked, rather than help me search it for a line code. Bad Policies! Bad manners! and Bad Reviews!

My experience is similar to many others on here. Good service when I started with them 15 years ago. Total rubbish today. Guy sold me a 5yr renewal over the phone, then LCN kept sending me reminders to renew my domain. I rang up explaining I had done this and was told "Oh, he should not have sold you that as we do a maximum of 2 years". Right, so you'll return my money right away then. "No. We will have to get finance to investigate." Thankfully, my bank (HSBC, all credit to them) sorted these rogues out when I raised a fraudulent transaction and refunded me straight away. AVOID LCN!

LCN is a fake domain-hosting provider. They deducted money from my account but didn't give me the domain. I contacted them many times but they don't care about it. Please stay away from the LCN and don't waste your valuable money.

Been with LCN for 10 years already and they are a nightmare. The webmail is so old fashioned, basic and cumbersome. I cannot move my emails nor delate them properly to get back to within my limit. They suspend you and then you have to pay to reactivate but cannot do anything other than upgrade. I am sort of trapped with them now until I find a solution. Last guy who I chatted with online didn't care at all. I explained I'd lost my Mum and had neglected my emails and didn't care at all and made me pay to reactivate the service, then threatened that if I didn't fix it (Even though he offered no help) I would have to pay again. Nice to know after ten years they care for their customers! If only I could have charged them when their services go down. I think the reviews speak volumes. EDIT Email down again, just cannot log in. It's time to move on to a better company. DO NOT USE LCN!!! UPDATE Email worked for 5 days and down again... Spoke to girl last week as price doubled and promised to come back... Never did, just AVOID this company like the plague as you spend all day trying to get help. Online chat also doesn't work. Company should be shut down.
