The worst place I have ever lived. You are better off living at one of the nearby competing apartment complexes. There has been mice in my unit, dogs constantly barking, and urine in the hallways from people not cleaning up after their dogs. There are a few tenants that smoke in their apartments instead of going outside, the elevator has been broken for over a month and you have to haul your groceries and other items up the stairs ( five flights). The stairwell smells like rotting garbage once a week because the trash room is directly in the stairwell that you have to use when the elevator breaks down once every two weeks. My boyfriend has had to help a disabled tenant down the stairs to the first floor due to lack of mobility and the apartment doesn't care about ADA compliances when it comes to the elevators or tenants with certain needs. ELEVATORS ARE A NECESSITY. There is also trash lined up in the hallways once a week due to lack of waste management as well. Also, the elevators have a keypad that is there for decoration only, you do not need a code for the elevator keypad. Anyone can come up to your floor if they do not live here and knock directly on your door because the garage you pay over $1000 a year for has a broken door. Anyone can come in without authorization and this is proven by the fact that someone's car got stolen last night (June 2024) due to Domain Brewers Hill's NEGLIGENCE. On top of that, the bike storage somehow gets vandalized very often.

They do construction throughout the entire day with no breaks and the walls are thin so if you have anyone that works non 9-5 hours, your sleep will get disrupted at least once a month. The fire alarms are tested VERY often for hours on end and when it's not a test, it's going off at 2 am and everyone has to evacuate with pets. Management does not care and will not let anyone out of their lease even though they have RODENTS and are not compliant with ADA regulations . This is the opposite of luxury living and I literally feel like I'm being held hostage in this lease because they said I have to pay two months rent to buyout my lease because it's apparently not their problem that they have mice in the building. They have not given any consideration to anyones complaints and they only care about your rent clearing on the first. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED!!

I have lived here for almost two years and I would not recommend this to anybody! In an area full of crime, they fail to provide a safe living environment. They advertise personalized key pads for residents, but they have not worked in months regardless of multiple attempts on our end to get these fixed for our security. We pay $120 monthly for garage parking, but the garage door is often left wide open for anybody to come in. Anybody off the street can come into the building and up to our door. To top it off, maintenance comes into our apartment and leaves our door completely unlocked, even with burglaries recently occurring in neighboring buildings. The elevator has had shattered glass and nothing was done for hours after contacting somebody, they asked US to further investigate it. My dog almost stepped in all of the glass. The rent is ridiculously high and the property does not even provide the security that it promises. We have practically begged these people to let us out of our lease after they failed to do their part, and they require 4 months of rent to be paid. If you value your safety, stay away from this place!

The apartment above us, water pipes burst. All of our items are damaged. Our ceiling came down. UDR have yet to relocate us. Additionally, they are requesting that we submit a NEW application to be transferred to a different unit (although we HAVE to be transferred). Furthermore, the property manager will not speak with us and is forcing tenants to speak with their attorney. This is extremely disturbing and unethical. There are rodents and pest in the building. The trash chute does not work. This is the worst place in the area. If it was free I would not live here. Trash all in the hall. The tenants are loud, you cannot rest work, or sleep due to the noise. Also, there are homeless people sleeping in the lobby.

Awful. Staff sucked. No building security. People break in to vehicles all the time. Tow truck drivers tow residents cars all the time who pay for parking. Just an awful establishment. Many other options in the area. Oh, don’t forget the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night waking up everyone.

Domain is a beautiful building with apartments that feel like home home. The units seem large because of their tall ceilings and open layout. Nice kitchens, stylish bathrooms, and huge walk-in closets. The floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies open into a nice courtyard. The amenities are great, and Domain uses some helpful apps for package notifications, visitor notifications, and controlling the unit's smart thermostat and smart plugs. The concierge is helpful and friendly. In the leasing office, Katie (Community Director) is fantastic - accommodating, understanding, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unlike many other buildings, the management and maintenance teams have been around for a long time (low turnover) and are passionate about keeping the building clean and creating a sense of community. Domain is a wonderful place to live - highly recommend!

Current resident. Avoid at all cost. Elevators are always broken. Building is always getting broken into and people property being destroyed. Fire alarms go off randomly in the middle of the night. They advertise as a “secure building “ but just yesterday I witnessed an electrical mechanic removing the secure keypad from the elevator , now anyone can walk in and make it to your floor. Plenty of other options in the brewer hill area. Would give 0 stars if possible. Oh, and extremely overpriced with paper thin walls.

My experience here has been horrible. The security within the building is horrendous. Elevator key pads have been disabled for months now. Glass in the elevators have been shattered time and time again and which is covered by cardboard and duct and plexi glass. Any reasonable property manager would have cameras installed in the elevator, but since it is not their homes they settle for band aid trashy solutions. On the plus side they host pizza party events at 10am on the week days that the average working tenants can’t partake in.

I did a tour last week and the staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly, and let me take my tour self guided! I prefer that, it was also nice to walk through like a resident and really check the place out. I didn’t like the fact that the floors were visibly scuffed and scratched, the cabinets were worn, and damaged, and the carpets had a smell. There were also very cheap washer/dryers in the unit- which for me, if I am paying $2k a month I expect a front loader or smart machine. It’s the little things like that for me that seem overlooked, the details and finishes were cheap. The building overall is very safe but the maintenance is clearly an issue. The location is great and I wish there was a dedicated dog park(there is a parking lot that faces the building, that area would be a great place to build one) and I did like the garage attached to keep your vehicles safe.
