Domain was a pleasure to work with! We needed all new gutters and downspouts and I thought we would need some fascia replaced as well. We worked mainly with Jason and his crew and couldn't have asked for better customer service. We live in a house built in 1900 so home improvement projects require a good amount of creativity. Jason was perfect for that and was able to use wedges to mount our gutters instead of straps, which looks better and preserves the integrity of the roof. He was the only contractor to get back with me that would guarantee the use of wedges over straps. He also suggested to leave the fascia alone as it was not too far gone like I thought it might be. I appreciate the honesty as they certainly could have done the work anyway and I wouldn't have known any better. An added benefit is their pricing was very competitive. Overall 10/10 experience and if the need arises they will be the first contractor I call up in the future for similar work!

I'm a single mom with a disabled child that lives in a mobile home. I called Domain for an estimate on storm repair and decided to get a new roof. Jason came to do the estimate and I figured I'd go with them wanting to support local business.
I told Jason the wood around the roof was bad (I've come to find out the name is facia board) when he estimated the roof.
The crew came out early in the morning on a Friday. I talked to Jason, he introduced me to his crew and basically told me I was unable to communicate with them due to language barriers, but he was leaving for supplies and would be back. I waited as long as I could before I left, but he didn't come back within 3 hours and I had stuff to do. When I came home, the crew was gone. I could automatically see the facia board wasn't replaced when I pulled up (the metal makes it obvious) and my gutter was broken so I automatically contacted Jason. He came over the following Monday, where I showed him the broken gutter (which is still broken 2 weeks later) and asked why the facia wasn't replaced.
He told me the facia has nothing to do with the roof, and the company wouldn't replace it anyway. This company isn't having to deal with insurance, and the work isn't financed.
I feel very disappointed with the choice I made to go with domain. I still need my facia replaced, and I'm having to go through another company, because as Jason said they aren't interested in even giving me an estimate for the work.
If I could give a zero star, I would. I feel I was taken advantage of with the expectation I wouldn't know any better.
Oh, and the gutter being broken is making water poor into my front door at this moment because it's raining.... I wonder what damage this water will do to my front door floor....

Edit added- was informed by Jason that the gutter won't be fixed until the 19th of November. The crew broke it and I informed them the same day, on the 25th of October. So, because they are fixing a mistake they made, I guess it's ok for them to take a month to fix it. Again, HORRIBLE experience.
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau with my complaints.

Tony and his team at Domain did a fantastic job from start to finish in replacing our storm-damaged roof. Three words describe Domain and they are Prompt, Professional and Predictable. Tony responded to my request for an estimate in less than 24 hours and had an estimate in my hand the next day. Once we picked samples, Jason got us on the schedule for three days later. Luke sent computer renderings of what the roof would look like with our preferred colors and made that process so much easier. Alejandro and his crew showed up as scheduled, accomplished the work as quoted, cleaned up ALL the debris and were professional and diligent in their work. The workmanship is excellent and our new roof is awesome. The communication from everyone involved was always timely and I knew just what to expect each step of the way; predictable!

Thanks, guys for all your help in making this project one we can be proud of!
