I always have a great experience at Total Wine but have never left a review which I should have to be fair but last night was a bad experience. Don’t advertise a price guarantee if you’re going to give your customer a hard time. I know it was just a small price difference but the way the person, who will remain unnamed and I assume was a manager, came off was pretty lousy. Made me feel like I was trying to scam him or lie to him. Also, don’t lie to your customer and say you literally drove to Target to verify I was wrong about the price. Maybe my review will improve the next time I go but come on man, just do what is best for your customer.

Total Wine &More has an excellent selection to choose from in almost every category. Many of my favorites are less expensive than at other places and frankly all the staff I've interacted with, at 4 different locations, have been friendly and helpful.

Struggled with giving this company a 3 or 4 star. I say the company because the actual store handled my on line order “sort of” well but the online ordering process needs some work. I tried placing an order with my iPAD (non APP) and it wouldn’t take it. Called their corporate number and they said this wont work. Maybe they should mention this on their site. Also once my order is placed if you have any changes you have to cancel it and start all over. I had to move the delivery out by 24 hours. There was confusion on the order but Josh sorted it all out. Now that I know the ropes maybe it will go easier next time.

Always a great selection of good quality wines. They carry all major brands as well as a lot of local liquor with all of the mixers. It’s a one stop shop if you’re hosting a party. We also take advantage of the home delivery service. Plenty of helpful staff!

This place has a decent humidor and a wide selection of spirits and wine. My only complaint is that the beer they keep cold is a small selection and not my selection. With that being said in the aisle, you can find just about whatever you want. And they have a section solely dedicated to Texas craft brewers..

Was passing through, Grand Reserve Member. But who isn’t with all the promo’s these guys run to turbo charge the points. Same o same o on the shelves. We don’t have a Total Wine where I live but still am a Grand Reserve Member. Really it means hardly anything as I’ve yet to get picked in a drawing. Of course I’d have to drive five hours to get it, but it never comes up.

Great store with a huge selection of wine, beer and spirits. The selection is wide with wines from all over the world and the liquor bottles have some unique brands, depending on what you’re looking for. The Mezcal section is getting bigger, which is a personal favorite. They do have a wide range of whiskeys and bourbons, including small batch. They have some high-end alcohol too. I noticed the cigar humidifier section today and thought that was a nice touch. I like the recommendations in the wine section and the staff is always helpful to answer questions. Nice big floor layout and friendly service.
