I have a hosting service from Big Rock and a domain from another service provider. I needed to add a DNS record, so I contacted my domain provider, but I was highly disappointed with their service. Then, I contacted an executive at Big Rock named Tripti. The executive patiently replied to countless questions and guided me till my problem was resolved. I am impressed with the support. I have decided to transfer my domain from another service provider to Big Rock, and I am hoping to be a lifelong customer of Big Rock. I have two other domains with another provider, but I will move them too to Big Rock.

Disappointed with BigRock's Service

I purchased a domain from BigRock over a week ago, and it has been put on hold without any clear explanation. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, the response has been extremely unhelpful and slow. I chose BigRock because of their competitive pricing, but unfortunately, the service quality reflects the "cheap" price tag.

A week after purchase, I still can't use my domain, and the lack of proactive communication has left me frustrated. If you're considering BigRock for domain registration, I suggest prioritizing a provider that values customer support and efficient service.

I LOVE BIG ROCK. THE BEST PART IS THEIR ALWAYS UP & PROMPT CUSTOMER REPS. They are professional, crisp and knowledgeable (not the kind that would waste your time in greeting, mobile no., let me check, or upselling wasted goods). They even sent me a free T-Shirt long back in 2008 when I registered a domain with them. I love the T-shirt

BigRock is not rocking anymore. 2 free emails accounts are just for a trial period of 90 days but they send a mail (once you purchased your domain) without any mention of trial period. When you click, they will show you how to activate emails in old look. But in reality, they have removed free emails accounts in old look as well. I am planning to transfer my 5 domains to another provider who can give better options. Their representative is not courteous at all and not willing to help to find a solution. I am totally disappointed.
