Harvey's shop is easy to find, clean and the staff is very nice. When I worked at Kinko's Glendale in 1998, my large print jobs would get outsourced to Harvey. He even remembered my coworkers.

These days, I only print business cards and quick business documents but the service has always remained great. Thanks guys!

Thank you Harvey and staff for always getting the job done in a timely and professional manner. When it comes to printing, there are a lot of choices. My father began doing business with Harvey over 25 years ago so when I opened up my law office, my father suggested that I stop by at Harvey's and get work done with him.

Not only is his quality amazing, so are his prices and his ethics. One on occasion, I had sent Harvey the wrong copy of my business card to get printed. Because Harvey cares so much for his customers, he actually printed a second correct set of business cards for me for free despite the misprint being my fault and did not charge me for it. When I tried to pay, he said "Listen young man, you are starting out in your business and this is my grand opening gift to you."

Since my original order with Mr. Harvey, I have sent 6 other law firms to him and not one has come back dissatisfied. Keep up the great work.

Horrible communications for someone who's proud of being in business for decades.

Too many mistakes have happened and zero responsibility taken. After detecting typos in an artwork, emailed well in advance and asked for a different file to be printed. Of course, never any confirmation or acknowledgement is ever sent out, you always have to hope for the best. And in the end, wrong file was printed!!! A common size 11x17 half fold...I was advised to get 12x18 paper and cut it down to the desired size. Seems like extra work for something this common. I have attached photos. If you think this type of end result is acceptable you should go ahead and use their services.

It's almost impossible to pay the same price for the same job twice. Something that was printed a few weeks ago for one price, is not 20% higher and all of a sudden the size that was printed perfectly fine last time is no longer possible to print so we have to change the size of the product entirely. Then I was sent a proof that was stretched. There is no way I can accept that so after going back and forth several time I was told to go find another printer to print my job. Thanks for wasting my time.
