Wonderful!

I wanted a short run of coffee mugs with a different logo on each side. Ah! Mugs' site helped me figure out the right printing process for my mugs (full-color, sublimation) and had the lowest price for an order of 12 mugs that I could find (by a substantial amount). I ordered late in the day on Friday, they shipped on Monday, and I received them on Tuesday. Also, the quality of the sublimation printing is much better than I've seen on other full-color coffee mugs (like the ones my employer gives out). The printing is very crisp with no dot-matrix look or visible pixelation. Lastly, the printing appears to be under a clear coating, which will definitely make the logo last longer. I haven't really seen that before in a logo mug.

These guys are AWESOME!!!!! I had looked at many other websites. Theirs was the only one with the "live chat" feature. It made me feel very comfortable placing my order because I was placing it with a person....not filling out an order form online.
I wanted 100 mugs for my class reunion. I uploaded the cover of my yearbook for Steven. In less than a minute he showed me a mock up. I told him I wanted orange ink instead. Instant change. Their prices are so reasonable, but they treated me like I was spending thousands of dollars with them, not just 200!! I felt like they really appreciated my order!!
I ordered the mugs on a Thursday, they shipped out Friday afternoon and I received them on Wednesday!!!!
The day after my reunion, our class Facebook page was covered up with pictures of the mugs!! Everyone loved them and said what an awesome keepsake from a very special night !!!!
