We had my nieces bachelorette getaway at Aspen Meadows! Was perfect for our large group everyone had a bed and it was clean with plenty of towels (always an issue with 13 women) ! There was an issue with the hot tub but they reposed very quickly and had it up and running the next morning after I emailed them! Plenty of room and open to accommodate everyone… and close drive to Breckenridge … had a blast!

We loved our stay at your home in Breckenridge. The house and location were stunning for our family vacation.The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed from spices to serving dishes. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and using the hot tub. Towels were stacked at the door ready to go. Although we brought pack and plays for two toddlers, we discovered there were three in the house. All the details to make our stay more comfortable were very much appreciated. We would definitely rent again when we are in the area.

Our stay at natural retreats at independence lodge in Keystone was amazing the house had everything that we needed there was enough seasoning for us to cook our food. There was enough towels for us to take showers and go into the hot tub. The hot tub was working great there was no issues there. They had speakers throughout the house that we were able to utilize and were easy to connect to, to help us have a good time with friends an added bonus was that they actually had another room that is fully furnished, and a loft that is furnished as well, which is not shown in the pictures I highly recommend this unit it is very clean and well taken care of. I would love to come back to this property thank you natural retreats.

We had an awesome week over New Year's at 301 B High Street Chalet. The home was tastefully decorated, incredibly well stocked with cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, some family games and humidifiers for each bedroom. We were very comfortably in this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with 2 families to make a total of 8. The bedrooms are spacious and the laundry room is a separate room completely.
The Chalet has an absolutely perfect location to walk to Main Street, to many restaurants and there is a grocery store just two blocks down the street. And there was plenty of room to park our two cars which pretty much stayed there while we walked everywhere since it was so easy. The free ride shuttle service was very convenient to get to and from the Gondola.
We were also very impressed with Book Breck services. Booking was easy and response time always very quick. We had a couple of things that came up while staying at the chalet and again, Book Breck reacted very quickly to take care of any issues. The binder of info at the house concerning the house and the area of Breckenridge was incredibly useful and well organized. Everything was labeled clearly throughout the house which simplified matters a lot.

We highly recommend Book Breck and the High Street Chalet and will consider booking through them again in the future.

I rented the Washington Cottage for myself and 4 friends to go on a snowboarding trip. Book Breck was incredibly helpful with the booking process and answered all of my questions promptly. The actual property was fantastic. The house was clean, comfortable and had instructions for everything we would need. The location was an easy walk to Main St. The Gondola is within walking distance as well but there is also a Breckenridge Free Ride stop less than a block away you do not feel like carrying your skis/board. The hot tub was clean and had a nice view of the mountain. Based on experience I would not hesitate to rent this or any of Book Breck's other properties.

We have stayed in numerous home rentals in Summit County over the years and this home has it all! We would highly recommend this home to anyone that is looking for top notch accommodations and location. The home is nestled in Shock Hill with beautiful views of the mountains and conveniently located steps away from the Gondola. The home is immaculate, gorgeous and meticulously cared for. I think it is difficult to capture everything this home has to offer in pictures as when you first walk through it you get the WOW factor. The home is very spacious and is very well suited for large families and couples. Everyone has their own space and the living room/kitchen is the main gathering area. It has first class upgrades throughout from heated floors, appliances, motorized blinds, steam shower, hot tub etc. The home is well stocked, and the kitchen has everything that you could imagine and then some. It was fantastic to have everything labeled in areas, so you knew where things were. Also, there is a book with abundance of information of the town and places to go etc. Very nice to have if you are not familiar with Breckenridge as this town has so much to offer. After a long day of skiing it was great to come back and sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the sun set over the mountains then off to the hot tub. Perfect vacation!!!

Rented the Gold King Retreat through Book Breck for 6 nights. The house is absolutely stunning - probably the nicest rental home we have ever been in. Given how amazing this home is, the rental rate is extremely reasonable. We slept 18 people (8 adults/10 kids) very comfortably.

Equally important to the quality of the home was the assistance of the folks at Book Breck. They run a very professional operation and this was one of the most helpful rental agencies I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Callisto's is our go-to vacation home when we visit Breckenridge!! The home is well decorated and has everything we need for a short or long stay in Breck. We are just steps away from restaurants and shopping. The Hearthstone restaurant is just across the street and is our favorite happy hour location.

This summer, we took advantage of the hiking trails that start right from town and also rode the gondola to the top of the ski area and did lots of hikes on those trails. My husband likes to bike and took advantage of the many mountain and road biking opportunities. We didn't need to take the car out once while we were there.

Having 3 bedrooms and baths is great. There was plenty of space for our friends who visited from Denver to stay a few days and make our visit even better. The upstairs was great for the kids. There is a bedroom, bath, and sitting area that the kids took advantage of to watch TV, play games, and just get away from the adults. Overall the home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals in when we wanted to have a relaxing day in.

The property manager was great to work with. The home was in perfect condition when we arrived, very clean and everything in working condition.

This home will continue to be our go-to vacation destination!!
