The food is delicious, but customer service needs to be improved. I will leave my constructive criticism because I believe that there is always room for improvement. I bought these snacks that are manufactured by the establishment itself. There are no cooking instructions on the label, and when I asked the owner, she was unable to provide any information. I believe that when we sell a product, especially one that we manufacture, we have an obligation to know, if not seek information.

About the Brazilian Bakery:
This Brazilian bakery boasts a clean and tidy environment with friendly staff, offering a variety of breads, pastries, and made-to-order food options.

About the Experience:
During our visit, we sampled a selection of pastries including sausage bread, guava pastries, and chicken puffs, all of which were decent but failed to leave a lasting impression. While the coffee served was satisfactory, it lacked the exceptional quality we had hoped for.

In summary, while the bakery's cleanliness and friendly service are commendable, the overall experience fell short of expectations. With decent offerings but lacking standout elements, it earns a three-star rating.

It is very difficult to find a good restaurant these days, and with CDP it could not be different, very high prices, and the quality of the products leaves much to be desired. I ordered an esfiha de carne and it was cold with a very horrible taste. I also bought a pao sovado, which is supposed to be soft and good taste. The sticker shows that it is valid until Jan/07, but it is very dry and looks older. It is sad because Brazilian cuisine is known for being a food with seasoning and flavor.

Very dry. The carrot cake tray was full and fresh but the attendant served me a slice that was already cut in a side container.

If you're having a party, think long and hard before ordering a full cake. I've bought cakes a few times and encountered issues, but didn't bother to complain. ADVICE: Always open your box and verify what you're getting.

This time, the cake clearly had rotten strawberries. The writing on the cake was so terrible that they had the nerve to quietly put it in the box and hand it over to me. My guests couldn't eat the cake—imagine a birthday party without a cake.

I called to give this business an opportunity to correct the situation. I offered to bring the cake back and asked for a refund or a replacement cake. Instead, I was accused of lying and told I should have come back the very next day (the day of my party).

It all trickles down to leadership. If they allow their team to treat customers like this, it's probably because they themselves treat both customers and staff this way. Management should read Unreasonable Hospitality.

Go to Publix do not waste $45 on a birthday cake. If you are Brazilian go somewhere else they are not the only ones that sell Brazilian cakes.

Comprei um bolo de brigadeiro com doce de leite , imaginando que teria recheio no meio mas apenas e uma camada de doce de leite em cima com granulado $13 dólares não recomendo

Obs : algumas coisas tipo pão Brasília sovado entre outros não tem uma etiqueta de validade e nem fabricacao.

Péssima experiência!

Fui ao local e pedi um cappuccino, que estava extremamente amargo. Tentamos, de maneira educada, falar com alguém para relatar o problema, mas fomos recebidos de forma ríspida e em tom alto, dizendo que sempre fazem dessa forma e que estava "normal". O dono teria provado, segundo o atendente, e não deram a mínima importância para resolver a situação. Tentamos novamente sem sucesso. Ao sair, ainda gritavam para eu devolver o cartão para estornar a compra. Não se tratava de dinheiro, mas sim de educação e respeito ao cliente. Atendimento completamente desrespeitoso! Não recomendo.
