Just another H. Schein money-taker. Officite purchased my Savvy designed website with SEO. After Officite purchased by H. Schein, they told me I needed to update my website. Officite replaced my Savvy website with poor looking website that was terribly unrelated to my specialty, with no SEO. I asked for my old website to be restored and they said they couldn't.

Beware! Stay away! Do not give your credit card information to them or to Henry Schein One. Both are scam companies. Don't trust any contract you sign with them. We were promised no charges until three months after our website was built and activated. Instead, they charged thousands for a nonexistent website and billed us extra thousands of dollars before starting the Google ad service for our nonexistent website and social media platforms.

If you want to be treated like an idiot and have an employee be condescending and dismissive of you, this is your company. Don't worry they will always contact you to try and sell you another add -on product. That is when they will talk to you at length. But heaven help you if you have a problem. They won't hear you out and they talk down to you. It won't be a problem when we get our page moved over to another provider.

They will also close your support tickets without notifying you why the problem wasn't resolved. When asked why you weren't notified, they tell you they emailed days after the fact to let you know. Still can't find it and I searched the junk folder too, but that is my problem too.
