I placed an order online for pickup because it said they had it in stock. When I arrived I was told that it was not. I figured out that this was a common issue with the website . With that said: the employees I spoke with were awesome and seemed very genuine. If I could go back in time I would of just went into the store and got a jacket there there instead of buying it online. I couldn't walk more than 2 steps without being greeted by an employee.

The customer service me and my husband received was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I have to say, it was a refreshing change from what I’m used to in New York. Megan, Your team was helpful, attentive, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable.

Literally left the store with a huge grin on my face thanks to Megan! I was on a last minute errand shopping for a 6 person tent and didn’t see one on the floor. I was about to leave to REI but Megan went out of her way to not only search the entire store for what I was looking for, but also advocated for me to get an awesome deal!! Megan was courteous, helpful and very professional throughout the entire transaction. Megan is deserving of all the praise. Thanks !!

This store is completely disgusting, the service is terrible, they do not attend with pleasure, and to complete you make online payments that do not reach the store only at your home, and those who deliver it are those of FedEx specialists in stealing packages, I do not recommend this place as you can always see it is empty
