Stay away. They froze my domain and forced me to stay with them in agreement for giving me access to my own account after being locked out. My contract expires in August but I have to renew in late July and they are going to force me to pay for another year to stay with them for 2 weeks even though they could unfreeze my domain now. The second my domain is unfrozen I will be leaving them for good.

My client has had a domain registered with this company for 5 years. When we went to use it to forward to her new website we could not because "the domain was using third party nameservers" that they did not have access to. What is the point of purchasing a domain name through a company that cannot access and alter the nameservers? Do not purchase a domain name through this company.
